At Max and Lily, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible furniture items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive your Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components into the original shipping boxes to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to each box and schedule a pickup or drop off the items at an authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
